Each event is created from scratch — from the concept, atmosphere, and printed materials, to the spatial layout, collective rhythm and final gift.
The project is rooted in collaboration and slowness. It supports grassroots and social initiatives, and focuses on creating shared, temporary experiences outside of institutional frameworks.
Through chleb_popup, I explore creative direction as a way of working across mediums — combining art, design, food, writing, and hosting into one coherent, intentional whole.
I treat each dinner as a space for experimentation: not just in taste, but in form, emotion and meaning.
First launched in early 2025 in Poznań, the project is ongoing and open to new formats, places and people.
